“Perfect Boy” Lyrics

“Perfect Boy” Bitstream Dream Connected (2003)

Angelic in stature
Graceful and thin
Raven black hair
Pale silken skin
Serious brow
Classic strong chin
Twinkling eyes
And a childlike grin

The most perfect boy (x4)

See you in cafes
Out on the street
See you in clubs
In the smoky heat
I get so upset
I look at my feet
I know deep inside
One day we’ll meet

The most perfect boy (x4)

I found out your name
And your number, too
But now that I know
What am I gonna do
Give you a call saying
“Hi guess who
And oh, by the way
I think that I love you”

The most perfect boy (x4)

There he is now, he’s coming my way.
Oh god, what am I gonna say?

Angelic in stature
Graceful and thin
Raven black hair
Pale silken skin
Serious brow
Classic strong chin
Twinkling eyes
And a childlike grin

The most perfect boy (x6)

Note: This lyric was originally written in mid-1994, though I don’t recall recording it until the Bitstream Dream song was created in 2000 and released online as a single. A totally different version with a new arrangement of the same vocal files was created by Chukimai in 2001, called the “Plastic Chair Mix.” Bitstream Dream released their version on a short-run CD called “Connected” in 2003. The Chukimai mix was only released in mp3 format.

“Who’s that over there? I think I’ve seen him before.
His face looks familiar somehow…
There he is now, he’s coming my way.
