Well well, lookee who found an open reservation for California Adventure Park?!? Ryan has been checking the Disneyland app pretty regularly and snagged us a spot so we were able to go check out the Festival of Holidays event going on now to see what plant based special menu items they have on offer this year. You may recall that in 2019 Disney pledged to have “400 new vegan dishes will all be rolled out by spring 2020.” So we were excited to see what goodies they offered vegans for the holiday at their 8 event-only kiosks, restaurants, and food/beverage carts.
