   Thanks for another great show, Anji. And some empathy coming your way from Houston – I’m in the middle of house hunting, and looking at old (1920s and 1930s) bungalows in my cool historic neighborhood near downtown, and I keep running into knob and tube wiring! You can barely get insurance on a house with it here, because of the issues if anything covers it. I know it’s no small job to replace it (I’ve looked into it)! Good luck!

   I put on this show to relax in the air conditioning after a morning of looking at houses in the muggy Texas heat, and when you started talking about it, I thoughts, “Oh, I can relate…”
