Up until now, Anji’s soulful downtempo track, “Just One Word,” was only available as a hidden bonus track on the Bandcamp digital release of ‘Love Me Leave Me.’ Interest in the song sparked from including the sensual track on her popular YouTube channel, Happy Healthy Vegan, inspired her to release the Lovespirals co-production officially as a stand-alone single. It is currently a Bandcamp exclusive, with a music video to follow shortly on Anji’s Official YouTube channel. The cover art features a previously unreleased shot from the 2012 album dphotoshoot with Aga La Maga.

Chillcast #441: Let Me Love You
Couldn’t resist doing another Valentine’s Day mix for the Cupid’s Hunt Podcast Collaboration that’s been going on since 2008. This year, I combined my celebration of love with the celebration of the 10 year anniversary of The Chillcast, by selecting one romantic or sexy song from each season of the show. Its interesting to hear the evolution of the music over the past decade from mellow chilled out electronica to the more edgy urban crossover sound of recent years. Chillcast #282: Every Direction
I’ve packed a lot of music into this 60 minute episode! After last week’s extended dance mix, I thought I’d bring things down a notch and focus in on lyrics this show. Towards the end I present a set of spoken word pieces, followed by 2 chopped up vocal remixes, but the rest are those dreamy vocal tunes you’ve come to expect from Chillcast. Though primarily chillout and downtempo, the pace picks up for the final third, and the whole show includes an interesting mix of styles.
