I’m sick this week and really had to push myself to get the show done. I decided the best thing to do was keep it chill, baby. Gonna practice what I preach LOL! This week’s mix is perhaps just a bit more chill than usual in tone, starting out a wee bit ambient, then coasting along with some very nice vocal lounge and downtempo, and closing out on a slightly higher note. Wow, what a week! First of all, we had some wonderful days of warm weather here in Cali. I got to spend a little time at the beach, recharging my batteries and getting my sexy back. One might argue that today’s show is the first real episode of 2011 for The Chillcast with Anji Bee. Unlike last week’s collection of my Chillcast Favorites of 2010 (aka Top 20 of 2010), this episode is composed of all new music. I’ve got some brand new releases, additional tracks from a few late-2010 releases, and one or two releases that slipped by me until just recently.
