I’ve been alluding to this for the past month or so… and now the brand new PodShow podcast, ShowGirls, featuring “7 of the hottest women of Podshow” is available for your listening pleasure! Woo hoo!!!

Each episode join Cali Lewis from Geekbrief TV, Share from Rock ‘n’ Roll TV, KFC from the Podchick podcast, Anji Bee from The Chillcast, SoccerGirl from SoccerGirl Incorporated and Karla and Karen from Rumor Girls along with moderator, Franklin McMahon, for insights on everything from world events, entertainment, technology as well as a behind the scenes look at what it takes to produce some of the most popular podcasts out there. This first episode was recorded the night before Thanksgiving, and we just recorded another episode for next week. It’s been pretty fun so far, and it will be exciting to get some feedback from the fans. Anji Bee joins Sirius Stars 102 Lineup!

It’s official! The Chillcast with Anji Bee is now part of Adam Curry’s PodShow block on Sirius Stars 102. My first episode airs Tuesday January 2, 2007 at 10:00 pm PST. I will be followed by my pals Karen and Karla AKA Rumor Girls, which is really cool. We’re actually working on a little something for next year as well, but I can’t announce it just yet… If you don’t currently have Sirius Satellite Radio, you can take advantage of their current offer. BTW, fellow Sirius Stars host, Deepak Chopra, posted a top 10 list of tips to take the stress out of the holidays that I found pretty helpful.

Whew! I *finally* completed the ugly task of entering the complete Chillcast archive into the new site here at anjibee.com! Now you can search the site to find out if your favorite band has been played on The Chillcast with Anji Bee, peruse the shownotes, make comments, stream the episodes, whatever turns ya on. One thing I found interesting was the huge leap in sound quality from the January to now. Boy did I improve my setup and technique in one year’s time! Now I need to get the rest of the Chillin’ with Anji Bee and Chillin’ with Lovespirals episodes archived on here and I can stop thinking about the past…

I just had some good news from the higher ups at PodShow. I’ve mentioned in my podcasts that I have a few irons in the fire, but now it seems those babies are nice ‘n’ hot. So it looks like I’ll be pretty busy come the new year. When I stop to think about it, I’ve accomplished an awful lot in one year. I know it’s a little early for the New Year’s post, but I’ve never been one for traditional holiday activities, anyway… I’ll save the official announcements for launch, but suffice to say that you will be hearing more from me soon.

This reminds me of something Julien spoke of in his latest podcast. He said that we can each be our own “channel” via podcasts, vidcasts, blogs, etc. I think that’s what I’ve become since I gathered my various feeds into the one site. If you’re into me and my content, you can pretty much tune into anjibee.com every day to see what’s new. And I’ll certainly be looking for ways to expand on my site’s concept next year, as I only just created it — what, 3 months ago?
